COVID19 RT-PCR TEST (INSURANCE PAY)
Click ORDER TEST to place your order, register on our patient portal and complete the screening form. You will be responsible for any patient costs as determined by your insurance. Please follow instructions on the order confirmation email to register with our patient portal.
You are eligible for $0 upfront costs if you are insured and meet one or more of the following clinical guidelines for COVID-19 testing:
You are experiencing mild symptoms.
You have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
You live or work in a congregate setting.
You have been asked to get tested by a healthcare professional, contact investigator or public health department.
Kits are shipped after the patient registration, insurance information and the healthcare provider order for the test has been completed. Kits will be shipped to you by USPS.
When you receive the kit, follow the directions step-by-step to register your individual test, complete the nasal swab procedure and ship it back to the lab. To get a valid diagnostic test result, it is important to return your sample on the same day of collection.
