Multiplex Format
The multiplex format of Simple Plex assays on Ella provides a novel, highly robust and flexible approach to multiplexing that utilizes minimal sample to maximize accurate data collection. The spatial separation of each the assay for each analyte into three Glass Nano Reactors (GNRs) eliminates the possibility of any interference or cross reactivity between assays and provides triplicate answers for each sample.

2. LUMINEX® XMAP MULTIPLEX ASSAYS
Progentec utilizes the Luminex Magpix System for multiplex analysis of protein biomarkers. This quantitative method can analyze up to 50 unique analytes in a single well of a 96-well plate. Numerous manufacturers offer array kits for key pathways in several species including human, primate, mouse, rat, porcine, and bovine. Contact us with the analytes of interest, the species and sample type (serum, plasma, cell supernatants, urine, saliva, tears, etc.) and we will identify the optimal assay systems for your project. 3. FLUIDIGM BIOMARK HD SYSTEM
Progentec employs the BioMark HD which is a high throughput capacity automated real-time PCR system based on microfluidics technology. The system is sample-sparing with capabilities of processing samples at nanoliter-level volumes in integrated fluidic circuit formats making it ideal for analyzing hundreds to thousands of samples per chip (9216 samples/chip on a 96 x 96 format).
