Patients with private insurance are elgibile for the aiSLE Access For All program
aiSLE Access For All is not available to people with any federal- or state-funded insurance programs including Medicare and Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program, the Department of Veterans Affairs health network, TriCare, the Indian Health Service, the Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Program, and other federally funded healthcare programs.

Following insurance adjudications, the aiSLE MGMT Customer Success Team will work with patients to reduce their out-of-pocket responsibility.
In most cases, patients out-of-pocket costs are $50 or less. Many patients are eligible to receive all features of aiSLE MGMT, including health coaching, at no additional cost.
aiSLE MGMT is available to people covered by Medicare and most private insurers.

*Only available to commercially insured patients. Uninsured patients with an annual household income under $85,150 may qualify to have their out-of-pocket costs reduced.

The aiSLE MGMT Coupon is included with the aiSLE DX test kit and can be returned with the blood sample. If your clinician returned the test kit without your coupon, you can fill it out online here: Submit your aiSLE MGMT Coupon
Based on your annual household income, your out-of-pocket responsibility will be capped (see table) and the coupon savings applied to your billed price
The out-of-pocket costs cap and coupon will have been applied when you receive your bill. To save even more, pay within 15 days of receiving your bill using any of our payment options
